Click Competitions alternatives
They cap their draws and show how many entries are left, and where postal entry is offered their terms promise it the same chance per entry as a paid ticket. The detail worth catching is “where offered”: postal entry applies to certain competitions rather than all of them. That is the thing to check on the draw in front of you, and it is the clearest difference between their model and ours.
What their terms say, precisely
On caps they are good: competitions may be limited to a maximum number of entries, and an indication of the remaining or total entries is displayed on the competition page. One draw we looked at showed 68,287 of 475,995 sold at 21p an entry, with a per-person limit of 5,000. With those two numbers you can price a chance properly.
On free entry the wording is strong and the scope is narrow, and both halves matter. Where a competition permits postal entry, each postal entry has the same chance per entry of winning as a ticket bought online. But postal entry is available for certain competitions as designated by the promoter, not automatically for every one. So it is a promise worth having and a box worth ticking on each draw rather than once.
On cash, their draws can be offered as lettered options, and one we saw ran the car plus £1,000 against £25,000 in cash. Their terms add a detail that is easy to miss: where the cash alternative is chosen, it is credited to the winner’s account balance as real money funds, and the choice is final once made.
From Click Competitions’ own terms and a live competition page, checked 2 November 2026. We looked at one draw, not all of them. Terms change; read the competition’s own rules before entering.
What we do differently
Every competition here carries a free postal route, not a designated subset, and it takes exactly the same chance as a paid ticket. The prize is cash from the start, so there is no option to select and nothing that becomes binding when you pick it. And the money is paid out rather than credited anywhere.
Tickets are 9p each in minimum orders of 25, so £2.25 is the smallest order. The cap is published before entry opens, which is what makes the arithmetic possible, and anyone can recompute the result afterwards from numbers we publish before and after the draw.
If you would rather not spend anything while you compare, our free draw has no ticket to buy, and the rest of what is worth checking anywhere is in the checklist.
Common questions
Does Click Competitions show how many tickets are left?
Yes. Their terms say competitions may be limited to a maximum number of entries and that an indication of the remaining or total entries is displayed on the competition page. A draw we looked at showed 68,287 of 475,995 sold, at 21p an entry, with a 5,000 limit per person. That is enough to work out your chance before you pay. Checked 2 November 2026.
Does every Click competition have a free postal entry?
This is the detail worth knowing. Where postal entry is permitted, their terms are emphatic that each postal entry has the same chance per entry of winning as a ticket bought online. But postal entry is offered "for certain Competitions as designated by the Promoter" rather than on all of them. So the promise is a strong one and it is competition by competition. Check the draw you are looking at. Checked 2 November 2026.
How does their cash alternative work?
Their draws can be presented as options — one we saw offered the car plus £1,000, or £25,000 in cash. Their terms say that where a cash alternative is selected, the amount is credited to the winner's account balance as real money funds, and the choice is final once made. Worth knowing if you had pictured a bank transfer. Checked 2 November 2026.
What is different about a cash-only draw?
The prize is money from the start, so there is no option to choose, nothing credited to a balance and no decision that becomes binding. Every competition carries a free postal route rather than some of them. And the prize is paid out rather than held.
Who can enter?
Their terms say the services are intended for people whose legal permanent residence is in the United Kingdom, and you must be 18 or over. Grand Draws paid competitions are Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) only.
