If it doesn't sell out
It is still drawn at 9pm on its closing date and the full prize is awarded. We never cancel, postpone or reduce a draw because of low ticket sales, and we never extend a closing date to sell more. Winners are selected at random from all qualifying entries, in accordance with the laws of chance, using a verifiable random draw.

What makes the £250 draw different from the bigger ones?

It is the smallest draw we run, and that is the point of it. Only 20,000 tickets exist, so even though the prize is the smallest on the board, a ticket buys a bigger share of this draw than of any other competition here.

How many tickets can one person hold?

Up to 1,250, which is a sixteenth of the whole draw. The cap applies across paid and postal entries combined, so no one can corner it, and the bundles stop at 1,000 tickets, which with their 250 free tickets is the 1,250-entry limit exactly. Free entries you have earned in the rewards layer are separate and sit on top of this, up to five per competition.

Is 9p really the full price?

Yes. 9p is what one ticket costs, including any VAT, with nothing added at checkout. Tickets are sold in minimum orders of 25, so the smallest order on this draw is £2.25. Buying 250 gets you 25 free and 500 gets you 75 free, which are real extra entries rather than a discount.

Is a £250 prize worth entering for?

That is your call, and we would rather you decided it with the numbers in front of you. £250 is a bill or a weekend rather than a life change, and the trade is that the odds on it are the friendliest we publish.
