Every competition here is a game of skill with real money on the line, so it has to be fair for everyone in it. These rules apply to every entrant and form part of our terms and conditions (section 12). Breaking them can mean entries being voided and accounts being closed.
Fair play
- One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts are not allowed, and neither is entering through someone else's account.
- Do not use bots, scripts or automated tools to enter, to answer skill questions, or to gain any other advantage.
- Do not attempt to exceed a competition's per-person entry limit, whether directly, through extra accounts, or through other people entering for you. The limit covers paid and postal entries combined.
- Provide accurate details and keep them up to date. We verify identity and age before paying a prize, and an entry made with false details cannot win.
Rewards and referrals
- One-off rewards, such as the welcome wheel and referral bonuses, are one per person. Do not try to claim them twice.
- Do not farm the referral scheme: self-referral, referring accounts you control, or inviting fake or throwaway accounts earns nothing and can void your rewards.
Payments
- Only use payment methods that belong to you.
- Fraudulent payments and unjustified chargebacks void the related entries, may be reported to our payment provider and the authorities, and can forfeit related refunds. If a payment looks wrong, contact us first and we will put it right (see the terms, section 11).
Conduct
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website, a draw, the published entry lists or the rewards system. Draws are independently verifiable at /draw-check, so if you think a result is wrong, check it and tell us rather than probing the systems.
- Be respectful in any interaction with our team and community.
If these rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may void the entries concerned, remove rewards obtained through the breach, close the account, and refuse future entries. We will say what we have done and why, and you can challenge any decision through our complaints procedure.
None of this restricts the free postal route or honest play: entering free by post, entering often within the limits, and winning a lot are all absolutely fine. See the free entry route and responsible play.
